You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused with its tags and packaging, or if it has a fault.

- Used products, or products without their tags.
- Products bought on clearance sale.
- Products damaged after delivery.
03How to return
- Call us or write from the Contact page with your order number.
- We arrange the pickup and check the product within 2 working days.
04Refunds and exchanges
Choose an exchange or a refund. Refunds are paid within 7 working days to bKash, Nagad, card or bank.
